Classes for January are currently on Tuesday evenings from 6 p.m. to 7:30 p.m. The dates are: January 4th, 11th, and 25th. Please email if you'd like to join!

Gearing up for Christmas

Two more classes until Christmas vacation....tonight and next Tuesday. If the weather co-operates and we are able to have class tonight we will be making a recipe from Nigella Lawson...Holiday Hot Cake with Egg Nog Cream. I made it the other week and it is delicious! Can't wait to teach it - if not tonight then next week.

I currently have a class running on Tuesday evenings at 6 p.m. There is some room available in this class. Please contact me if you are interested in joining the Tuesday night class. I also offer classes on Monday's and Wednesday's at 5:30 p.m. Again - please contact me if you would like to join.
